Liv Construction is a family-run renovation and new build company based in the Lower Mainland — built by husband-and-wife team Sunny and Preet Mann, and named after our daughter, Liv.
Sunny Mann brings a decade of hands-on building experience to every project, leading operations and on-the-ground decisions from first shovel to final walkthrough. Sunny is behind the vision and strategy of Liv Construction. He specializes in high-performance net zero homes, and is passionate about building sustainable communities and applies a decade of expertise to every site.
Preet Mann brings 15 years of executive experience to the business, leading governance, administration, and marketing — making sure every project runs as smoothly behind the scenes as it does on site.
Much of what we know about the trade, we learned from Preet's father, who has spent over 40 years in construction. His experience shaped how we build, and the standards we hold every project to.
Together, we started Liv Construction with a simple belief: a home should feel like it belongs to the people who live in it. We work closely with every family we build for to create spaces that are as unique and personal as they are — the same way we built ours.
